About Me

I am a certified golf fitness professional located in Napa, CA. I work mostly with amateur golfers who are looking to increase their on course performance while playing with less physical pain.

I grew up in southern PA playing multiple sports, culminating in a short lived college baseball career. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology, I taught Health & Phys. Ed. for a few years before turning to personal training and eventually, golf fitness.

My wife (a decorated French pastry chef) and I currently live in sunny Napa, CA. When we're not busy working we enjoy traveling, hiking, and trying new foods!
