What golf fitness is, and what it is not.
For too long, golfers have limited their off course training to a few stretches and a jog around the neighborhood. Even as our sport started to gain traction in the gym, golf fitness somehow turned into a series of unstable surfaces, lightweights, and trying to recreate the golf swing with a band or cable.
You are a golfer. That means you are an ATHLETE. No matter if you're young or old, new to the game, or a seasoned pro, the golf swing is an explosive movement that requires an incredible amount of mobility, strength, power, and speed. You cannot develop these traits safely or successfully without a dedicated training program.
It's my job to determine your current fitness level, and deliver a program that suits your needs and keeps you on the golf course.

Assessments
I use a proprietary combination of assessments from TPI, FMS, and PPSC to identify your movement quality as it relates to golf, as well as your ability to produce force and generate power.
These results are crucial in determining what your program's biggest focal points will be to optimize your time and efforts in the gym. Results are regularly retested to ensure quality programming.
Building Your Program
Mobility & Flexibility
The goal here is to get you into better positions during your swing.
Better positions equal more efficient, repeatable, pain-free swing patterns.
Strength
Building strength will provide the foundation for generating power and speed.
Strength is also essential for controlling your new levels of mobility and flexibility.
Power
Once you've built a foundation of strength and quality movement, power training is where you really start to add some distance.
Power training is all about INTENT.
